I had a dream in the evening last month that the end times have come. The second coming of Jesus has occurred and Imam Mehdi has arrived; and they are me. In my dream, according to Muslims, all the signs of end times have occured(the one I saw in my dream was an animal talking; in my case it was an octopus talking to human and doing human activities like writing wielding a sword and playing a violin). They have declared war on the Chinese and Jewish people believing they are the Dajjals. I(Jesus/Mehdi) have arrived. But, instead of having the last great war with them, I am trying to reason with Muslims that the Chinese and Jewish people are not dajjal or bad people. They are just like us but they got technologically advanced bcuz they prioritized science, technology and education. This was not what Muslims expected from me, so some of them are becoming disappointed in me. That's where this dream ends. P.S. I am not a religious person.
Dreams about significant religious themes, especially involving figures like Jesus and Imam Mehdi, can be rich with personal symbolism and can reflect a variety of subconscious thoughts, experiences, and feelings. Here are some possible interpretations of your dream:
Search for Identity: The figures of Jesus and Imam Mehdi may represent aspects of yourself or ideals you aspire to. By embodying these figures, you may be exploring themes of leadership, moral authority, or a desire to reconcile differing viewpoints within yourself or society.
Conflict Resolution: Your role in the dream, where you attempt to reason with others rather than engage in conflict, suggests a desire for peace, understanding, and unity in waking life. This may reflect personal experiences or feelings about current societal tensions, such as cultural or political divisions.
Fear of Judgment: The disappointment from the followers could mirror your own fears of not meeting societal or self-imposed expectations. It might indicate anxiety about how your perspectives or values may clash with more mainstream beliefs, especially regarding technology, progress, and tradition.
Perspective on Differences: The dream emphasizes the importance of understanding and empathy towards others, regardless of their background. It suggests a recognition that societal advancements might come from diverse sources and an inclination to promote acceptance rather than division.
Symbolic Representation: The talking octopus may symbolize complexity, adaptability, and intelligence. Its ability to engage in human activities can hint at a longing for communication and awareness in situations that seem incomprehensible or threatening.
Cultural Reflection: Even if you consider yourself not religious, your dream may reflect broader societal narratives about the end times, conflict, and differing worldviews. This can indicate a desire to grapple with these topics rationally rather than emotionally.
Overall, your dream appears to be a profound exploration of ethics, conflict, and the potential for understanding amid differences. It may also point to a personal journey of seeking peace and reconciliation, both within yourself and in your views of the world.
